“Securing catering for an event can be a daunting task but I cannot fault Sam and his incredible service! From the first quote right down to the final clean up the experience was amazing. Sam’s professionalism is second to none and the food was incredible! The selection we could choose from for our canapé event were delicious!! Every single guest commented on how good the food was and they all felt well fed during the night. Ruby was our waitress for the evening and she handled our room of rowdy cricket boys like a pro! So polite, so professional and didn’t miss a beat all night! We are already trying to come up with more events so we can have Sam’s catering again! Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend!”

“By far the best catering!! My husband and I were very fussy with our wedding catering — we had come from 2 cultures with such big flavours and couldn’t find something that lived up to that. Along came Big Flavours — true to their name. And amazing value for money. First dish at the tasting we had the cured ocean trout and we were sold. Every other dish was perfection and presented so beautifully. Our guests raved about the food after the wedding and even some guests have asked us for the name of our catering company so they can use them for their own wedding. The stand out dishes — the ocean trout, the lamb and the duck. But honestly they are all 10/10. Better than a lot of other fine dining restaurants and we mean that whole heartedly. Sam has been a breeze to deal with — any questions we ask he answers immediately. We are thoroughly satisfied with our decision and will recommend it to all friends and family.”

“Big Flavours recently did the catering for the 50th wedding anniversary party of my parents earlier this month. They provided canapés, followed by a 2 course sit down meal (verde risotto with king prawn and lamb rump), salads and table ware. We were all thoroughly impressed with the quality, taste and presentation of the food. Sam was polite, efficient, friendly and a true professional on the day. He was flexible and communicated very well with us. The kitchen was left in an immaculate state also! His staff were very friendly and professional too. With Sam and Elliot creating and serving delicious and flavour filled canapés, and Vic working the bar the guests attending our joint 40th celebration over the weekend were well fed whilst enjoying a variety of mixers. “WOW just WOW! This company far surpassed my expectations! We hired Big Flavours to cater our daughter’s wedding as the reception was being held at home. The whole process leading up to the day was completely painless and Sara was always incredibly helpful. On the day we arrived at the house after the ceremony to waiters greeting guests at the door and the chef ready to go with the food. It elevated the whole day! The food was spectacular, everyone commented on how good it was. The waiters looked after all of the guests and worked so hard during the event to make sure everyone was happy.
