I used Big flavours catering for our wedding anniversary and found the whole process from the first contact to end function to be fabulous. The food was fresh, full of 'flavour' and there was ample choice of menu dishes. I hired a chef and few wait staff for the function and they were very friendly and accomodating. I arranged for Big Flavours to cater for a funeral event. The gentleman by the name of Sam was very obliging to my requests and nothing was too difficult. All guests on the day were very amazed at the flavour of the food. They all said that the sandwiches were the best they had ever tasted. We would like to thank Sam so so much for putting his time and effort into an event that did not earn him any profit. We were so lucky that he put his hand up for this night. It isn't easy, working with us young volunteers who have no experience waitering etc, but he was able to perform service so smoothly anyway.
