I used Big flavours catering for our wedding anniversary and found the whole process from the first contact to end function to be fabulous. The food was fresh, full of 'flavour' and there was ample choice of menu dishes. I hired a chef and few wait staff for the function and they were very friendly and accomodating. I am a happy customer and our friends were most complementary of the food and services.

All the finger-food canapes were delicious. My guests particularly enjoyed the substantial serves of Wild Mushroom Risotto, and the Braised Lamb Shanks with mash. We would like to thank Sam so so much for putting his time and effort into an event that did not earn him any profit. We were so lucky that he put his hand up for this night. It isn't easy, working with us young volunteers who have no experience waitering etc, but he was able to perform service so smoothly anyway.
